    Rob is an institutional fiduciary investment advisor. He works with nonprofits, government and private sector retirement plan sponsors to improve and optimize their program.
    His career spans three decades including senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and Wells Fargo in institutional retirement services. Recently he consulted clients on selecting fiduciary investment advisors and investment consultant teams. Prior to becoming an advisor he helped clients hire or improve a consulting relationship.
    Rob’s understanding of fee structures, vendor strengths, institutional investments, and contract features has helped clients by de-mystifying information to ensure sound decision-making. Rob works in consultative role to mitigate risk while improving participant advice services, provide fiduciary oversight and propose data driven plan design improvements. His knowledge of annuity contracts common in 403(b) plans for 501(c)(3) organizations is particularly valuable due to liquidity restrictions and new investment alternatives recently legislated.
    Rob graduated from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio where he majored in Finance and minored in Decision Sciences. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder, (CFA®) and is currently a grader for the CFA® Level III exam. He is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS®) and a current class instructor in retirement plans and investments.
