The Executive Director Constellation is an opportunity to gather current EDs and senior-level development people who feel ready to take the next step to become an ED. It is a chance to share experiences, ideas, and learnings. Proposed topics include unique challenges to ED/CEOs like working with boards, budget challenges, and staff retention.
